We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.
For large bookings, we would like you to choose one of our group menus for the whole party in advance. This makes it easier for us to plan ahead of your visit and thus be able to offer a better guest experience. Of course, we adapt the menu to guests with any allergies or food preferences.
We wish to receive all information from you via email as soon as possible and in good time before your visit, either by replying directly to the email that confirmed the booking or by sending a new email to booking@oliviarestaurants.fi. Please include menu choices, special diets and choice of dishes for each guest, if you were to choose a menu where such choices are included.
Our wine list includes a wide range of quality wines from Italy, including an excellent selection of magnum bottles that are perfect for big parties and/or special occasions. Our waiters are happy to help you choose suitable wines and other refreshments.

Payment
Invoice payments are possible for company bookings where the party consists of more than 10 people. To do this, we need your invoice request at least three days before the visit, which you can find here. Unfortunately, at present we can only invoice Finnish companies.
If the number of guests changes, we would like you to notify us at least 48 hours before the visit. This is this number of guests that will be invoiced for, therefor it is important that you notify us in good time.
