Pronto di Olivia is the little sister of the Olivia restaurants; our Italian “on the go” café at Helsinki Central Station. Here, you can get a quick and good bite to eat, whether you want to sit down or get it to go. The fact that the food is quick and easy does not compromise the quality; everything is made fresh in the kitchen with the very best ingredients from Italy.
We are extra proud of our signature dish: pizza al taglio, a pizza specialty from Rome. What is special about this type of pizza is that the dough rises for a minimum of 48 hours, which makes it both crispy and airy but also easier to digest. The pizza is served as the name suggests: in slices – easy to hold in the hand, and therefore a perfect “on the go”-meal. In addition to pizza al taglio, we also have freshly baked focaccia with filling, baked goods, snacks, quality Italian coffee from Lavazza, beer and wine. Come visit us next time you’re on the go!

Have you heard of pizza al taglio? It means “pizza by the cut” which is pretty self-explanatory: pieces of pizza that you can easily take with you in your hand. At Pronto, we make both classics such as Margherita and Capricciosa, and more modern varieties for those who want to try something new.
