Olivia Restauranter AS is responsible for personal data. We control your information and are responsible for ensureing that is complies with applicable privacy laws.

The information we collect about you is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA"), but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. All such transfers of personal data are carried out in accordance with applicable law.

We store your personal data for the time that is necessary for the purpose it was collected.  We will never store card number or other sensitive payment method.  The payment solution on our website is delivered by a PCI-verified third-part where all data is encrypted. We constantly work to ensure high secure for you as a user, however we can't guarantee for the security of information you provided when you are connected online.

Accounting information regarding completed orders are stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the rules of Accounting act.

In some of our restaurant it would be installed closed-circuit television, in that case you would be informed by a sign. The process of personal data is based on balancing of interest. This legitimate interest is to ensure the access to Olivia's premises. Recording of closed-circuit television will be deleted after 7 days unless we have a legal reason to store the recordings longer in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Your information may be shared between departments within Olivia AS. We never pass on, sell or exchange your information to third parties for marketing purposes outside the company. Information registered with partners, systems or subcontractors will only be used to offer you our services.

We don’t give your personal data to others, unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure. Example on such basis can be an agreement with you. It can for example be disclosure of payment information to financial institutions and providers of payment services regarding the execution of payment or there is a legal basis that requires us to release information.

Olivia AS uses data processors to collect, store or process personal data on our behalf. In such cases have we got to an agreement to ensure information security at all stages in the process. We used following data processors today:

All processing of personal data take places in EU/EEA. If we enter into new agreements with new data processors which requires transfer of personal data either in a country which is recognized as safe by the European Commision, is subject to or has signed a data processor agreement that contains standard privacy provisions adopted by the European Union.

For each specific processing of personal data we collect from you, we will inform you whether the collection is required by law or necessary to enter into a contract, and whether you are obliged to provide the personal data and what the consequences may be if you choose not to do so.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other information that Google has.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of web pages to obtain information about which pages are most visited, where users come from, at what times the pages are most visited, etc.

You have the right to demand access, correction or deletion of your personal data we process. You have the right to demand limited process, object to process and demand right to data portability. Rights to access: You have the right to request confirmation at any time to whether or not we are processing personal data about you. Contact us at gdpr@olivia.no to receive information about your personal data.

Right to obtain information: If we process personal data about you, you have the right to a register extract with this information. This applies to the information you have provided to us.

Right to rectification: You have the right to request rectification on your personal data if it is incorrect. This included the right to fill in incomplete personal data.

Right to be forgotten: If we process your personal data, you have the right to have it deleted at any time. Exceptions occur in certain special situations involving outstanding debts, if your debt has been sold to a third party, in case of suspected abuse of our services or if you have made purchases where we must store data in connection with the accounting obligation.

Right to object to processing: As a registered user, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where this is based on Olivia's legitimate interests, if there are reasons in your specific case that speak against the processing. We will not continue to process your personal data unless we can point to a legitimate reason for the processing that takes precedence over your interests and rights in accordance with our statutory rights.

Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to personal data processed for direct marketing. The easiest way to do this is to unsubscribe from our newsletters, by following the instructions that are always given in the mailing.

Right to restrict the processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in special cases, such as protesting the processing for legitimate interests, if your data is incorrect, if the processing is illegal or if we no longer need your information but must retain them to defend statutory right.
